Fish Creek Water Treatment Plant

• Fish Creek Water Treatment Plant had two valuable pieces of equipment they wanted to protect from the elements. Calibre's proprietary fibreglass shelters provided the perfect solution. These shelters can be customized to any size requirement and are double-walled and insulated, which prevents deterioration, delaminating and rodent problems when installed on concrete pads. Assembled sections are secured for a weather-tight fit and provide an R-11 insulation value.
• These shelters are ideal for any application needing exterior enclosure security, including oil field shelters, portable offices, garbage bin enclosures and general storage.
  

Frank McCool Arena

• Frank McCool Arena and Athletic Park needed secure exterior storage. Calibre's proprietary fibreglass shelters provided two fibreglass modular shelters on pressure-treated wood floors.
• These shelters feature double-wall construction - Outer and Inner FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) walls complete with standard 1" urethane foam insulation core. This design prevents deterioration, delamination and rodent problems. Assembled sections are secured for a weather-tight fit and provide an R-12 insulation value
  

Unassembled Building Erected on Site

• Calibre was contracted to provide an 18’ wide x 50’ long x 12’ high building for use at CNRL’s Kirby site. The building was pre-assembled at our facility in Calgary, the taken apart, crated and shipped unassembled to site on a single flat deck trailer. By shipping unassembled, the client was able to avoid large shipping costs by avoiding utility lifting and pilot cars.
• Once the panels arrived on site, Calibre sent a construction supervisor to oversee an on-site construction crew and assemble the building with ease. 
  

City of Calgary Recreation

• Calibre.was contracted to provide a turnkey solution to replace a number of storage sheds at City of Calgary Recreation Facilities. Old wooden buildings were torn down and removed from the site and new fiberglass buildings were supplied and installed complete with lighting, shelving and floors.
• Most buildings were constructed at our facility and shipped assembled to location. Some larger buildings were shipped unassembled to site and erected at that location.
  

Garbage Bin Enclosures

• Calibre Developments Inc, along with their sister company Mocoat Solutions are pleased to provide garbage bin enclosure buildings.  The buildings are equipped with manual or automatic roll-up doors and are designed to fit on a wide range of bases including gravel, asphalt and concrete. Some of the benefits include:
• Aesthetics.  Not only do the buildings fit in well with their surroundings but graffiti is easily removed without painting.
• Restricted access to the bin – thereby reducing clutter and the eliminating unwanted persons from dumping their garbage.

Painted General Storage Sheds with Shelving

• Calibre was contracted to provide a turnkey solution for storage sheds for Petro Canada gas stations. Two buildings were constructed and painted to match existing infrastructure in our shop in Southeast Calgary. The buildings were both transported fully assembled and installed on site. The door hardware to the shelter was upgraded to provide increased security. These upgrades included non-removable pin hinges, grade 2 deadbolt and latch protector. Shelving was installed inside the buildings and bolted directly to the interior flanges and braced with plywood. These particular buildings were painted white to match Petro Canada gas station colors, however, they can be painted any color. Unpainted sheds have an anti-graffiti surface so removal is simple and quick.
  

On Site Assembly Chemical Storage Building

• Calibre with their sister company were contracted to provide and install a new chemical storage building to an existing site in Saskatoon, SK. . Calibre arranged for all building materials and equipment required to arrive on site. Calibre workers completed all necessary safety and orientations required for the site prior to arriving. The building itself was assembled around existing infrastructure Custom panel cutouts were field cut to allow installation around piping without disrupting any existing functionality. The builsing was fully assembled, sealed and then painted to math the surrounding buildins.
